We tolerate your religion. How about a little toleration in return?

We’ve all heard the arguments on whether opening prayers should be allowed at public high school football games. The debate is typically renewed every time a school board or state legislature allows or forbids such practices.

Just last week, for example, the writer of a guest editorial in The Star-Ledger weighed in by objecting to a new Florida law that allows “inspirational” messages at non-compulsory school events.  Read story»
